The Issues
AdValem sought to build a new data center in the Valais region of Switzerland to house both its own infrastructure and that of its clients. As the company is responsible for broadcasting all Ligue 1 soccer matches, ensuring extremely high availability of its infrastructure was an absolute must in the design of its data center. Furthermore, scalability and energy efficiency were also crucial factors in the design.
The Module-it Solution
Module-it was selected to design and deliver this turnkey data center. The facility can be expanded in stages up to 1 MW. The electrical and HVAC systems are redundant.
