Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities
As an experienced Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of complex projects, from the initial phases through to commissioning.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee the consultation, selection, and negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Facilitate design reviews and ensure sound technical decisions.
- Define and oversee the overall construction schedule for all trades.
- Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders (companies, engineering firms, regulatory agencies).
- Organize and oversee the operational management of construction sites.
- You are responsible for ensuring that commitments regarding deadlines, quality, budget, and administrative management are met.
Qualifications
- General engineer, specializing in HVAC or power systems.
- 7 to 10 years of proven experience in project management and overseeing complex construction projects.
- Significant experience in general contracting, project management, or with a general contractor.
- Extensive experience with industrial projects involving strict requirements (service continuity, reliability, safety).
- Proven experience with data center projects is highly valued.
